“Our furnace didn’t appear to be running properly and there was a burning smell coming from the vents. Called Interstate at 3:30pm and a very knowledgeable service rep was at our home by 4pm! After determining the cause and weighing options of repair or replacement, we made the decision to replace. This was on a very cold winter day/ night. A new furnace was installed the very next day (arrival at 7:30 am) and completed in a timely manner. All employees were very kind, answered any questions and knowledgeable.
