Dylan is a pleasant and professional technician. He called he was on his way and arrived as he said. Interstate Heating also sent a text and email about his arrival; there is also a link provided to a real-time map. He went straight to work and performed a thorough inspection and testing of the furnace. I feel confident we will have a comfortable winter. Gas Furnace Replacement in Mequon, 53097

“Superior service on so many levels! First of all, I was dissatisfied with the company that installed my furnace (in 2018) but needed someone to address an issue that recently arose. I chose Interstate based on the recommendation of a friend and, after was said and done, I was not disappointed. The first service call revealed that the furnace was, internally, really dirty. Yes, I do regularly clean the furnace filters, but the camera showed that more was REALLY needed. The first serviceman did an amazing job righting this problem, but warned me that replacement might be needed if the furnace cleaning didn’t remedy the issue. Well, the problem continued so, the following week, I called again. To make a long story short, called at 8 AM . . . serviceman arrived at Noon . . . replaced faulty part . . . and was out the door by 1:00. No service charge, on the second visit, and part had a 50% discount because of furnace warranty. GREAT SERVICE!!! I did learn something, from this adventure, and that is duct cleaning may have prevented this. I already have made an appointment, for that service. (I asked Interstate if they could recommend anyone and they supplied me with the name of someone they found reliable.) VERY HAPPY WITH INTERSTATE’S SERVICE!!”

“Excellent experience … from review of current system, quote process and installation. My election for an install date for both furnaces coincided with an outdoor temperature of minus 4 degrees. All went very smoothly and the house barely cooled at all. A total of 4 installers and an electrician worked the job, and when they left there was nothing left behind for us the pick up.
Recommend Interstate highly, and I’ve been told I’m a tough guy to please.”
