“We heard a ticking noise in our furnace when the blower stopped running. It sounded like it was coming from the furnace. Dylan checked the furnace as well as a supplemental cooling duct we had installed previously for an upstairs room because it was too hot during the summer. He determined that the issue is the motor on the supplemental cooling duct that is wearing out. Once we turned off the blower for the upstairs room, the ticking noise stopped.”
