Dylan is a pleasant and professional technician. He called he was on his way and arrived as he said. Interstate Heating also sent a text and email about his arrival; there is also a link provided to a real-time map. He went straight to work and performed a thorough inspection and testing of the furnace. I feel confident we will have a comfortable winter.
