Eric did an incredible job with the furnace maintenance/tune-up, reviewing zone controls, talking about wireless thermostats, and allowing me to ask tons of questions along the way. In talking to us, the head installer recognized we were not candidates for the upgrade to the thermostat so he changed that out for us. Some other changes were not needed so he again credited us for that.
