Eric did an incredible job with the furnace maintenance/tune-up, reviewing zone controls, talking about wireless thermostats, and allowing me to ask tons of questions along the way. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He helped get the home heating and cooling zones more balanced which will keep the house way more comfortable. In talking to us, the head installer recognized we were not candidates for the upgrade to the thermostat so he changed that out for us. Some other changes were not needed so he again credited us for that.

“Eric was here for our usual fall Gas Furnace Maintenance inspection and answered many of our questions regarding our filters and the air quality in our home. Since we keep the furnace fan on continuously, there were questions about the Aprilaire control board. Some hints as to what number setting to use during the change of seasons in Wisconsin. He also offered information about our Air Quality and what we could do to take care of this situation. He was very professional, and we were very pleased with the exceptional service he provided.”
