“Our service technician, Jack, was prompt and arrived in a neat appearing uniform. He greeted us with a smile and handshake and chatted with us for a few moments about our furnace, and what service he was about to perform. He was police, quiet and diligent, and offered a full explanation of what service he performed. Jack was easy to understand and enjoyable to speak with. He is an excellent ambassador for his profession as well as for the company. We will definitely use Interstate Heating again and ask for Jack to be our service technician. Well done, Jack!”
