I didn’t appreciate the amount I was billed $155 when I was told when I made the appointment that it would be $99. Office person I made appointment with knew it was maintenance call . It was made maybe 3-4 weeks prior- if service call I would have wanted it as soon as possible.”

“Our service technician, Jack, was prompt and arrived in a neat appearing uniform. He greeted us with a smile and handshake and chatted with us for a few moments about our furnace, and what service he was about to perform. He was police, quiet and diligent, and offered a full explanation of what service he performed. Jack was easy to understand and enjoyable to speak with.
