“Chris came to our home on time to fix our air conditioner. Interstate called me early in the morning. Interstate was returning my phone call (I had left a message), to schedule a technician to come to my house. Chris showed up at my house on time 4 hrs later to investigate the air conditioner problem. It took him approximately 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. There was a broken piece of equipment called a capacitor. The bottom line is the problem is fixed and cool air was wafting inside my house in approximately 30 minutes. I certainly could not have asked for better service!”
