Interstate Heating also sent a text and email about his arrival; there is also a link provided to a real-time map. He went straight to work and performed a thorough inspection and testing of the furnace. I feel confident we will have a comfortable winter. “Called at 7:30 am On a Sunday. I noticed A/C wasn’t working later the day before. Tech told me how to enter trouble code area on my thermostat. Read the codes to him. He came over on a Sunday and found the starting capacitor failed. Replaced it and system is running again. 11 year old Carrier A/C unit.”
