“My remodeled barn I use for an office was 43degrees when I went out to work at 6:45 AM. I called Interstate at start of business at 7:30 AM. Their technician Eric Osterman arrived before 10:00 AM and the furnace was back on line in around an hour. Eric was a total professional and took care of everything. Overall I was extremely satisfied by the friendly, professional support.”

“Superior service on so many levels!
First of all, I was dissatisfied with the company that installed my furnace (in 2018) but needed someone to address an issue that recently arose. I chose Interstate based on the recommendation of a friend and, after was said and done, I was not disappointed.
The first service call revealed that the furnace was, internally, really dirty. Yes, I do regularly clean the furnace filters, but the camera showed that more was REALLY needed. The first serviceman did an amazing job righting this problem, but warned me that replacement might be needed if the furnace cleaning didn’t remedy the issue.
Well, the problem continued so, the following week, I called again. To make a long story short, called at 8 AM . . . serviceman arrived at Noon . . . replaced faulty part . . . and was out the door by 1:00. No service charge, on the second visit, and part had a 50% discount because of furnace warranty. GREAT SERVICE!!!
I did learn something, from this adventure, and that is duct cleaning may have prevented this.
I already have made an appointment, for that service. (I asked Interstate if they could recommend anyone and they supplied me with the name of someone they found reliable.)
