Turns out our worries were warranted as days later, we noticed water leaking from the unit. We called in and talked to Matt. He listened to our story and was able to send technician Chris Carne at the next available opening. We can't possibly say enough good things about the service that we received from Chris. He immediately found the problem, thoroughly explained how he would be making the repair, had the parts and tools with him and completed the work quickly with no extra charges or sales pitches. It's now been 2 days and the house is warm and the furnace is dry. Thanks to the great customer service by Matt and the outstanding work done by Chris, we now have renewed confidence in Interstate Heating that made us choose them 30 years ago.
