Our HVAC installers are responsible for coordinating and completing a precise setup of every new system. Required skills include reading blueprints, preparing for installation according to job specifications, fabricating and connecting custom ductwork, installing gas and refrigerant lines, and placing and programming indoor and outdoor components of heating and cooling systems. Communication with clients, coworkers, and other service providers throughout the process is essential for success.
- Experience with custom ductwork and unit setting and startup
- Knowledge of fans, fan coils, condensers, motors, and more
- Ability to work with job-specific tools, torches, gauges, vacuum pumps, etc.
- Capable of lifting 70 or more pounds as needed
- Familiarity with smart controls and current apps
- Compliance with pre-employment screening and drug testing
